At Deep Run Lacrosse, we provide a fun, family-oriented environment for your child to get to know and love the sport of Women’s Lax. Our season starts when we can get out onto the fields (March) and runs through the beginning of June.
We provide the basics of lacrosse for these littles and have fun while doing it.Practice is once per week and we have games on about 4 Saturdays.

We continue to teach lacrosse growth, stick skills, body checking, cradling, throwing and passing.Practice is 2x’s per week and there are games on Saturday afternoons.
We introduce stick checking and these girls start playing on a full field. Basic skills are worked on weekly as well as focusing on fun! We split into 2 teams at this level.Practice is 2x’s per week and games are Saturday mornings for about 6 weeks.
We continue to focus on basic skills but also learn different plays as well as continue to fine tune body checking and stick checking. We split into 2 – 3 teams at this level. Practice 2x’s per week with games for 6 weeks on Saturdays.
We open registration in November of 2024 and it closes January 31, 2025 (for 5 -8th grade)
*you can register K - 4th grade until the start of the season.
