How do I register my child for a sport?

Below are step-by-step instructions on registering your child for a sport at Deep Run Valley Sports Association (DRVSA).

*Please Note* The Deep Run 2025 Membership must be processed before enrolling your child in any 2025 Spring Sport. Deep Run is a private, non-profit youth sports organization whose annual family membership covers the club's operational expenses for the calendar year. 

1.) Click on the Registration link at the top of the page

2.) Click on the "Parents Register you Player(s) Here!" button.

         *Note: If you want to volunteer to coach, return to this spot and click the "Volunteer" button.

3.) From the "I would like to" field, select Buy/Renew Membership

From the "Enrollee field," select your name as a parent.

From the "Membership field," select 2024 Deep Run Club Membership

From the "New/Renew" field, choose New

From the "Offering" field, select DR

Click the "Add" button.

4.) Read the club membership and Click the "Done" button.

5.)  Fill out your credit card information and Click the "Place Order" button.

Once your Membership fee is processed, you can enroll your kids in their sports!

1.) Click on the Registration link at the top of the page

2.) Click on the "Parents Register you Player(s) Here!" button.          

*Note: If you want to volunteer to coach, return to this spot and click the "Volunteer" button.

3.) Click the drop-down in the "Enrollee" field and select your child from the list.  

If your child is not on the list and you are a returning family from 2022, you are likely registering under a different account (email address).  You can either log in using your other email address or add your children as a new player here.  If you add your children as new players, you should contact Deep Run so we can merge the new account with your old account.

*Note: If you are new to Deep Run, see below for additional steps for clicking the "Add Enrollee" link.  

In the "Program" field, select the sport you wish to register for.

In the "Offering" field, select the appropriate Age/Division for your child.

Continue this process for each child in your family.

Click the "Add Enrollment" button to continue to step 4.

3a.) For parents new to Deep Run or if you need to use a new email address, click the "Add Enrollee" link, as shown above, to the right of the Enrollee field to add your children.

3b.) Fill in all the fields as shown below and click the Add button.

3c.) Click the "Enroll" button to return to step 3 and continue the registration process.

4.) Once your children have been added to the shopping cart, Click "Proceed to Checkout."

5.) Each sport will have a different set of additional fields to fill out.  Fill out those fields and scroll down the page.

6.) Fill out the Medical Information and Emergency Contact information.  Scroll down further on the page.

7.)  Agree to the Terms and Conditions.  Scroll down further on the page.

8.) Click the Next button.

9.) Read the club membership and Click the "Done" button.

10.) Confirm your billing information and Fill out your credit card information.  Once complete, Click the "Place Order" button.
