Welcome to Deep Run Baseball:  Deep Run provides an exceptional Quickball & Baseball experience for a wide range of ages (3-21+) and skill levels. The league is run solely by volunteers and our volunteers are vital to ensure that the league is the best it can be.

  • Is there a Mobile app I can use?: Yes! There is a mobile app "TeamSideline" to keep track of all your children's schedules regardless of what sport they play. Check the Deep Run news feed for QR codes for Apple and Android.
  • Where do I turn in my concussion cert?: As a volunteer coach, once your concussion protocol cert is complete email it to concussion.cert@drvsa.org.
  • How often are background checks required: Coaching background checks are due every year while concussion protocol training are due every three years.

Cow Plop Fundraiser Tickets
Cow Plop Fundraiser Tickets $50.00 Per Item
All players in AA, AAA, and Majors Divisions will receive 5 or more ($10) tickets for our Cow Plop Fundraiser at the start of the season with prizes up to $4K. As you sell tickets to friends, family, and neighbors - you'll make back your $50+. In 2026, we are looking to use the funds raised from the Cow Plop and Parents Night Out Fundraisers towards adding new batting cages, dugouts, and lighting to the baseball complex. Additional tickets can be purchased by contacting: baseball@drvsa.org

Baseball Parents Night Out Fundraiser Tickets $50.00 Per Item
Join us in supporting Deep Run Baseball at their 4th annual Parents Night Out! When: Sat, May 30, Doors open at 6pm, Dinner at 7pm. Where: Hilltown German Club. Tickets include dinner, drinks, DJ, raffles, and games. $50 per person, $95 per couple (regular), $75 per couple (early).
